Our commitment of cleanliness

The health and wellbeing of our guests and hotel staff is our highest priority.

To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact, the hotel has added social distancing signage to the lobby and re-arranged furniture to create more space. We strongly encourage our guests to follow in-house social distancing measures with other guests.

Following updated cleaning protocols, high-touch surface areas are currently being cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants and with increased frequency..

Contactless hand sanitation dispensers are distributed throughout the hotel common areas for our guest’s benefit..

Vertical transparent standing sneeze-guard methacrylate acrylic partitions have been added to the front desk counter to improve protection during check-in process. However, secure online check-in (*) is available to minimize the time spent by guests at the counter when checking-in at our property.

All our associates wear masks following current hygiene protocols.

The hotel lobby has been set up with a thermographic camera display showing color-based real-time body temperature measurements, so checking-in guests can read their own current body temperature. We regret to inform you that guests with body temperatures above the recommended threshold (**) will not admitted for check-in, for the benefit of other guests’ and all our associate’s safety.
(**) for individuals showing values above the expected threshold and in order to avoid measurement sensitivity errors, the hotel staff shall use a contactless infrared body-thermometer to compute the real temperature precisely.

In-room "best practices"

  • Room Seal to indicate that guest rooms haven’t been accessed since they were cleaned.
  • Reduced paper amenities (like pads and guest directories) in the rooms.
  • Extra disinfection of top 10 high touch areas in guest rooms including:
    • Room card-keys
    • light switches
    • door and window handles
    • TV & Apple TV remotes

Elevators

  • Always wear a mask inside the elevator, even if you’re riding alone: a mask will help protect you from the previous user and will protect the next one from your germs
  • Avoid touching your face after touching elevator buttons, and wash your hands afterwards.
  • Taking the stairs is always highly recommended whenever possible!

Food safety

Guests can make requests and order room-service by texting from their own smartphone to the hotel's front-desk official WhatsApp account.

Operational policies for in-room breakfast & dining, as well as new approaches to buffet are also being designed.
