Hotel Palladium WBD (*) workspaces have been carefully designed to meet the requirements of each use case: spaces to focus and work on your own and spaces to collaborate with others, either "on-site" or over video using the included in-room videoconferencing Hardware and services.

Our Collaboration workspaces - AKA "Huddle Rooms" - are strategically sized meeting spaces designed for both use-cases: comfortably working on your own or empowering teams to collaborate by easily setting-up a meeting space including all necessary hardware.

Hotel Palladium’s workspaces simply work by default: they require no reservation - may be used "on demand" - and include round the clock in-house support to prevent technical hurdles from happening. So yes, finally, using existing in-room technology no longer depends on the user's tech. capabilities.

Whether you are looking for a large, well-lit and non-shared workspace to work on your own for a couple of hours away from your room or you need to set-up a private meeting with your team (on-site or over-video) or invite your customers to an on-site private meeting, booking a Private Workspace provides a flexible solution to exclusively use a non-compromised acoustically-controlled environment with enhanced speech intelligibility.

Private Huddle Rooms include useful Desk setups such as Hands-free telephones, LCD screens, USB-C Hubs, Cisco Webex Share "dongles" and Professional Videoconferencing Hardware.
