Contactless hand sanitation dispensers are distributed throughout the hotel common areas for our guest’s benefit.
Vertical transparent standing sneeze-guard methacrylate acrylic partitions have been added to the front desk counter to improve protection during check-in process. However, secure online check-in (*) is available to minimize the time spent by guests at the counter when checking-in at our property.
All our associates wear masks following current hygiene protocols.
Special safety measures are in place to access the Gym: in-advance booking is required in order to provide a clean and disinfected private space for our guests (**)
Guests can make requests and order room-service by texting from their own smartphone to the hotel's front-desk official WhatsApp account.

According to local regulations, customers must be seated at all times, free access to tables or consumption while standing is forbidden.
