General booking conditions

The General Booking Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the General Conditions) regulate the business relationship arising between URBAN PALLADIUM SA and the user or customer when making a booking through the forms provided by URBAN PALLADIUM SA on their website

Making a booking using the URBAN PALLADIUM SA website entails the express acceptance by the website customer or user of the general conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of use for user browsing on the website owned by URBAN PALLADIUM SA.
These terms and conditions are to apply regardless of the legal regulations on matters that apply to each case.
The General Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Law 7/1998, dated 13 April, on General Terms and Conditions of Trade, the Law 26/1984, dated 19 July, General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the Royal Decree 1906/1999, dated 17 December 1999, which regulates the general terms and conditions of Telephonic or Electronic Contracting, the Law 15/1999, dated 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, the Law 7/1996, dated 15 January, on Retail Trade, and the Law 34/2002, dated 11 July, on Information Society Services and
Electronic Commerce.

URBAN PALLADIUM SA reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Terms and Conditions. These changes can be made through its website, by any legally admissible means, and they must be complied with while they appear published on the website, or until they are validly amended at a later date. However, URBAN PALLADIUM SA reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Terms and Conditions in preference to the General Conditions, when considered appropriate, by notifying them in a timely and appropriate manner.

Information prior to booking

URBAN PALLADIUM SA notifies users that the online booking procedure through the website is outlined in full in the bookings section.
URBAN PALLADIUM SA also notifies users that the terms and conditions of use can be viewed on the website.

To make a booking with URBAN PALLADIUM SA through its website, the user or customer expressly declares that they understand and accept the general terms and conditions of use and the general conditions. The user also declares to be of legal age and have the legal capacity required to act and access the URBAN PALLADIUM SA website and to make bookings via the website. The user is responsible for keeping their customer identity and password confidential, and should not reveal them to third parties.

Once the booking has been made the user can view their booking confirmation on screen and can print it out as proof of booking.
The booking confirmation and the booking confirmation print-out (printed copy made by the user) is not valid as an invoice.


Booking offer and price reference

In compliance with existing regulations, and, in particular the Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, URBAN PALLADIUM SA provides information regarding all types of hotel bookings, their features and prices in the relevant bookings section. However, URBAN PALLADIUM SA reserves the right to remove, replace or change the services offered to customers on their website, by simply changing the content thereof. Thus, the products and/or services offered at any time on the URBAN PALLADIUM SA are regulated by the valid general Terms and Conditions for each case. Also, the company has the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, the possibility of booking the afore-mentioned products and/or services.

Prices displayed

Each type of booking offered will display a price and notification of the inclusion of VAT or any other tax which may apply. Prices shown on the screen will be valid at all times except in the event of a misprint. When the price shown is incorrect for the afore-mentioned reason, URBAN PALLADIUM SA will notify the customer by e-mail, before charging the customer for the booking.


The availability of booking offers by URBAN PALLADIUM SA on its website may vary according to customer demand. Despite the fact that URBAN PALLADIUM SA updates its database regularly, the booking requested by the customer might not be available as the hotel may be full at that time. In this case, URBAN PALLADIUM SA will send an informing the customer that the booking cannot be made.

Payment methods

URBAN PALLADIUM SA requests the credit card details for bookings made on its website of the person making the booking to ensure that the booking will go ahead. Please note that the company does not debit your credit card when making the booking. The card is only used to ensure the booking. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the customer arrives. The invoice for the booking will be paid directly in the establishment using cash, credit card or any other means accepted by the establishment.

Booking cancellations

If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance no fee will be charged by the establishment. If cancellation is made in under 48 hours’ notice, the establishment will be authorised to charge part of the total amount to be paid to the credit card number provided.


In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, URBAN PALLADIUM SA informs users of its websites that the personal data obtained by the company through the forms on its website, will be stored in an automated file that is the responsibility of URBAN PALLADIUM SA, in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfil the commitments made by both parties. Furthermore, URBAN PALLADIUM SA notifies the user that the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition can be exercised by writing to the following address: PASEO MALLORCA, 40 07012, PALMA DE MALLORCA (ILLES BALEARS).
Unless you tell us otherwise, we understand that your user details have not been changed, that you agree to notify us of any change, and that we are authorised to use this data to respond to any queries we deem appropriate and to send requested information.


URBAN PALLADIUM SA also reserves the right to file civil or criminal actions deemed appropriate for the improper use of its website and its website contents, or for breaching the terms and conditions set out in this contract.
The relationship between the user and the service provider shall be regulated by the existing laws, and enforced, in SPAIN. In the event of any dispute that may arise both parties
may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary law courts in compliance with the regulations on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. URBAN PALLADIUM SA is domiciled in the ILLES BALEARS, Spain.
